Moving Dead Topics.

Should any mod be able to move dead/non-required topics from any category, or just for their assigned categories?
Personally, I believe that we should be able to move them at any time, to make the process faster. If we locate it, why not just remove it instead of waiting for the assigned sub-forum mod?

Yes. there's a lot of sections, so we should help each other.
why not just make us super mods, would make thing easier.

Ok so I asked T (Void) and he doesn't mind.
So we have 3 mods in, a majority. No need for this thread to exist.
